- Slide the screw into the opening of the mincer.
- With the cutting edges facing away from the mincer, place the knife into the opening.
- Place the mincer disc on the peg in the opening.
- Now tighten the lock on the mincer disc.
- On the back, place the crank on the screw that sticks out.
- Secure the crank with the small screw.
How do I attach the mincer to the countertop?
- A plastic plate comes with the mincer, which you place on the table so that your countertop will not be damaged.
- Turn the screw located on the bottom of the unit.
- When your opening is big enough for your countertop, you can close the screw again.
