The needles of the Coravin wine system

The Coravin wine system allows you to drink your wine without opening the bottle. Through this wine system, you do not have to throw away your bottle of wine after 1 day. This system only works for bottles with a natural cork. There is a needle in the wine system and it goes through the cork. Argon gas is injected through the bottle. The gas is heavier than oxygen; it causes the wine to rise. Because of that high pressure, no oxygen gets to the wine. This allows you to keep your bottle longer.

First, click the wine system onto your wine bottle. You then push the needle down gently but firmly. Pour your glass as you normally would, but click the top button. Next, carefully remove the needle from the cork, you pull up the system. The system can then come off the wine bottle. Finally, you can enjoy the same bottle for many days to come.
