How does a mincer work?

1. Slide the screw into the opening of the mincer.
2. With the cutting edges facing away from the mincer, place the knife into the opening.
3. Place the mincer disc on the peg in the opening.
4. Now tighten the lock on the mincer disc.
5. On the back, place the crank on the screw that sticks out.
6. Secure the crank with the small screw.

How do I attach the mincer to the countertop?

1. A plastic plate comes with the mincer, which you place on the table so that your countertop will not be damaged.
2. Turn the screw located on the bottom of the unit.
3. When your opening is big enough for your countertop, you can close the screw again.
