The Gefu Grater Fine & Coarse Rafino is very multifunctional. In fact, this grater is both fine and coarse, because the blade is split into two parts. At the top grater is very coarse, so you almost get curls out, and at the bottom it is actually a very fine grater for chocolate or ginger, for example.

This grater is safe and efficient due to an inwardly curved grating surface. The back of the grater offers nicely as a collection tray, so you can later spread the grated product yourself and have more control over it. The non-slip base keeps it from slipping when upright and makes the grater very stable during use.
