How do you use an induction adapter?
To heat a meal with a non-suitable induction pan, first insert an induction adapter plate on the stove. Then you put the pan on the plate and it is then just a matter of getting hot! It is important to know that the best adapter should not protrude more than 2 cm from the pan. Do you use an adapter where this is the case? Then the heat is poorly dissipated and, on the other hand, if the pan is too large, the food will cook too slowly. So it is essential to use a good size and know in advance how big your pans are.
