How to use a muffin tin optimally?

- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- Then it is important to rinse the muffin tin well. This can be done with a little lukewarm water.
- Now it's time to burn in the muffin tin! This creates a protective layer that also acts as a non-stick coating at the same time. Burning can be done by greasing the muffin tin with pure flaxseed oil or a little sunflower oil.
- Put the muffin tin in the oven for at least 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, you can remove the mould remove from the oven again. Are there any leftover oil in the mould. You can easily remove this with a bit of kitchen paper. After this, your muffin tin is ready to use!
