How to optimally use a springform pan?

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 °C.
  2. Clean the springform pan with a little water. This can be done by using the mould briefly under lukewarm heat and rinsing it well.
  3. After this, it's time to fire up the springform pan! What exactly does this involve? Burning the springform pan provides a protective layer, which also makes it a lot easier to remove the cake from the springform pan.
    Grease the springform pan with a little linseed oil, sunflower oil or a substitute, for example.
  4. Place the springform pan in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove the springform pan from the oven again and remove the excess oil with a little kitchen paper. mould.
