How do you make the most of your quiche mold?
With a savory quiche you have a tasty evening meal and also get enough vegetables! By following the steps below you can make optimal use of your quiche pan.
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- Rinse the quiche mould well with lukewarm water.
- By searing the quiche mold, a protective layer is created, which at the same time also functions as a non-stick coating. This allows you to easily remove the quiche from the mould take out! Grease the bake form with a little sunflower oil or pure flaxseed oil.
- Place the quiche mold in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- When this time is up, you can place the mould out of the oven. Is there excess oil left in the quiche form? You can easily remove this with a little kitchen paper.
Now the quiche pan is ready to use! But even after the mould has been used, it is very important to keep it clean. You do this as follows:
- Clean the quiche mold well with lukewarm water.
- Place the mould back in the oven so that it can dry optimally.
- Do stubborn stains remain in the mould? Then dissolve a drop of dish soap in lukewarm water and clean the quiche mold in it. Caution! In this case, however, it is important to refire the quiche mold.
