What is the best oil for fondue?

How to fondue?

Hoe moet je nu fonduen? Nou, dat is niet zo heel erg lastig! Laten we beginnen met alle gerechtjes die je bij het fonduen gaat serveren alvast voor te bereiden. Zo hoef jij daarna alleen nog maar de fondue zelf klaar te maken. Snij de groenten en vlees in stukjes en bak of kook deze alvast als dat nodig is. Naast groenten en fruit is brood ook lekker om erbij te serveren! Als de bijgerechten voorbereid zijn, kun je de fondue zelf klaarmaken. Ga je kaasfonduen? Maak dan of zelf de fondue of verwarm de kant-en-klare kaas. Bij vleesfonduen verwarm je de olie tot 180 graden.

Let op! Bij een lagere temperatuur neemt het vlees veel olie op, waardoor het erg vet wordt.
