The enamelled cast iron Casserole retains and distributes heat evenly. The lightweight, stainless steel lid of this Casserole performs better than other heavy cast iron lids, with improved temperature retention and less evaporation.

This multipurpose Casserole can also be used in the oven. It holds up to 260°C, ideal for stews, soups and braising meats. The large handles make it easy to use, even with oven mitts, while the non-slip ensures a secure grip.
