Microplane Grater Gourmet - Laser Sliced Grater - Extra Coarse - stainless steel

In the series Gourmet of the brand Microplane are a number of graters, including the Microplane Grater Extra Coarse. The graters of Microplane are the only graters which are laser cut. This distinguishes them from many other brands and has a positive effect on the longevity of the graters.
