The GreenPan Copenhagen has a diameter of 28 centimeters and is made of hardened aluminum. The pan has an extra large frying surface and is extremely durable due to the use of hardened aluminum. The sleek design and matte stainless steel handle give the pan a minimalist look.

The pancake pan is suitable for any heat source and can go in the oven and dishwasher, hand washing is only recommended. This pan also features a Ceramic non-stick coating which is reinforced with diamonds.

About GreenPan

GreenPan is a Belgian brand and was developed by two Flemish childhood friends. They went looking for a healthy alternative to traditional non-stick pans that release toxins. They finally arrived at thermolon, a ceramic non-stick coating without PFAS and with a derivative of sand as the basic raw material. This is how GreenPan born! 

The healthy ceramic non-stick coating is their flagship product, but the technologies are also to be seen. They are constantly innovating and proud of it. 

A healthy Thermolon ceramic non-stick coating, which is completely PFAS-free and contains no harmful chemicals. The ceramic non-stick coating is super smooth. You need less oil or butter and no scrubbing afterwards. Healthy, quick and easy!
