Use the pastabike to cut up your fresh pasta dough
The distance between the wheels of the Marcato Pastabike Transparent are manually adjustable. This allows pasta to be cut in different widths and lengths. Wheels can also be removed between them when you want to keep larger pieces of pasta. Think for example of pappardelle, tortelinni or lasagna. They are available in different colors and before use, make sure the pasta dough is already the right thickness for optimal results.
