Did you already know that the speed lever of the KitchenAid can be adjusted between speeds to use speeds 3, 5, 7 and 9? To use these speeds, you have to press the speed lever down slightly while moving it over the settings in any direction. But be careful! When preparing yeast dough, do not exceed speed 2. This is because otherwise it may damage the food processor.
