Main courses Vegetarian Recipes

Simple, SUPER tasty and not too long in the kitchen. Sounds like an ideal weeknight meal, right? This vegetarian quiche with broccoli is really immensely delicious and much easier than you might think. And a vegetarian quiche is always nice, too. If you do have meat eaters in the house, you can always add some bacon, or some diced salami. But it might be even better without meat!
