Recipes Soups Lunch Main Course Gluten-free

After a long day at work, there is nothing nicer than coming home and having dinner already prepared. Delicious! Since we have a slow cooker in the house, this recipe for vegetarian lentil soup from has been on the table regularly. We cut the vegetables the night before. In the morning before I go to work, I put all the ingredients in the slow cooker and turn it on. In the evening we can start eating right away: so nice! Of course you can also heat it up in the pan!
