Thai steak strips
Thai steak strips with wok vegetables and noodles is a flavorful dish that can be on the table within 25 minutes. Tender steak strips are marinated in a blend of ginger, lemongrass, garlic, sambal and soy sauce, then briefly fried for a pinkish interior. The wok vegetables, such as broccoli, pak choi, bean sprouts and mushrooms, are stir-fried crisp and seasoned with a sauce of soy sauce, ginger syrup and sesame oil. The whole thing is served with chow mein noodles, red pepper, cilantro and lime for a fresh and spicy touch.
