  • 75 g oyster mushrooms
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • handful of fresh coriander
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • wok oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • half package of chow mein noodles
  • 1/2 lime
  • For the marinade:
  • 2 cm ginger
  • 1 stalk of lemongrass
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 tsp sambal oelek
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp coconut blossom sugar (or cane sugar)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

How to make the Thai steak strips with wok vegetables and noodles.

    1. First of all we make the marinade for the steak. Remove the outer leaf from the lemongrass and also cut off the rooting. Now cut into a few large pieces. Peel the ginger and peel the garlic, and put it together with the lemongrass in the chopping mill. Let it run well until a puree is created. Now the rasp of the lemon, sambal and sugar are added. Finally, add the sesame oil, soy sauce and 2 tbsp lemon juice and let the chopping mill run briefly.
    2. Cut the steak in strips and place them in the marinade for at least half an hour. If you marinate for more than half an hour, you can put it in the fridge, but make sure it is out 30 minutes before baking. Meanwhile, cut all vegetables roughly.
    3. When the meat is marinated, fry it briefly in the wok (that's nice, then the inside is still rosé). Remove the meat from the pan and place it separately. Use the same pan and fry the garlic in it. Now the broccoli goes into the pan and you stir -fry for about 4 minutes. Then the bok choy, bean sprouts and mushrooms are also added.
    4. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, ginger syrup and sesame oil and add it to the vegetables in the wok. Stir fry everything briefly, and make sure the vegetables stay nice and crispy (so don't bake too long!). Meanwhile kook You the noodles according to instructions on the package. Cut the red pepper into rings and the lime into segments. Spoon the vegetables on the plates, put the steak on top and finish with some fresh red pepper, lime and coriander segments - which tear you tears. Enjoy your meal!
