Easier to make than a normal cake and it quickly looks spectacular because of the fresh fruit. Truly a treat!

Ingredients
- 110 grams of almond flour
- 30 grams gluten-free baking flour (could also be rice flour, for example)
- 90 grams of coconut oil
- 60 grams of coconut blossom sugar
- 2-3 large fresh figs (or about 250 grams of other fresh fruit, e.g. raspberries or blueberries)
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons tartaric acid baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- small amount of lemon juice
