This dish is a wonderful combination of soft lasagna sheets, fresh spinach, juicy minced meat and creamy goat cheese, all brought together in a delicious tomato sauce. A perfect meal for any occasion, from a weeknight to a special dinner with friends or family.

Lasagna with spinach

Nothing beats a delicious bowl of lasagna. Easy to prepare and actually always tasty.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of lasagna sheets
  • 500 grams of strained tomatoes (passata di pomodoro)
  • 500 grams of minced meat
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 450 grams of frozen spinach
  • 1 red and 1 yellow bell bell pepper
  • 80 grams of grated goat cheese
  • fresh basil
  • pepper, salt, dried oregano, dried basil
  • handful of cherry tomatoes

Lasagna with spinach

    1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
    2. Finely chop the onion and garlic clove and fry it in a large pan with a little oil.
    3. Cut the peppers into cubes.
    4. Add the minced meat and add the paprika bugs and the spinach after about 5 minutes.
    5. Kook In the meantime the lasagna felles according to instructions on the suit.
    6. Stir until the spinach has thawed and then add the tomato sauce, together with pepper and salt and possibly some dried oregano and dried basil (2 gadgets of each herb). Taste and add something to taste; A pinch of cinnamon is also very tasty.
