Why deep-fry when you can just do it in the oven? This is a lot healthier and at least as tasty. Try this version of donuts yourself.

Ingredients
- 20 grams of coconut flour
- 90 grams of almond flour
- 1 ripe banana
- 250 grams of applesauce (without additives)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons crushed flaxseed
- 35 grams of coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon potato fiber or psyllium fiber
- pinch of salt
- optional: add 1 egg and 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey to the dough
