Ingredients
- First layer:
- 200 grams of almonds
- 120 grams of pitted medjool dates
- 40 grams of coconut flakes
- Second layer:
- 200 grams of cashews
- 150 grams of pitted medjool dates
- 50 grams of cocoa powder
- 240 ml water
- 120 ml coconut oil
- Third layer:
- 200 grams of cashews
- 100 ml of coconut oil
- 50 ml honey
- 120 ml water
- pith of one vanilla pod (or half teaspoon of vanilla powder)
- Additional topping:
- Dark chocolate - 50g (optional)
