Total 30 min

Ingredients

  • 75 grams of coconut rind
  • 3 medjoul dates
  • 3 teaspoons coconut milk
  • 80 grams of dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp coconut blossom sugar

How do you make bounties?

    1. Put the coconut grater, coconut blossom sugar, dates and coconut milk in the food processor. Blend short and put this mixture in a bowl.
    2. Make the "dough" small, rectangular "bars" and place them on a plate. Covered with aluminum foil and put in the freezer for 15 minutes.
    3. Remove the bounties from the freezer. Melt the chocolate au-bain-marie.
    4. Take 2 spoons and lift the coconut cookie and dip in the chocolate. Then place the bounty on a round oven rack with some kitchen paper underneath and let some drip. Then keep the bounties in the fridge; They are best when you eat them cold.

For this recipe, make sure you have Medjoul dates; The nice and sweet, fleshy dates, otherwise the mixture will not be sticky enough. If the mixture is now too sticky, add some extra coconut grater. And if it is too dry, add a little extra coconut milk. It is that simple.

The inside of these bounties are not snow white. That is because of the dates that are in the mixture, but the taste will certainly not get any less! They are delicious with coffee, with tea or just as a snack. Cold from the fridge, they taste the best!
