  • Large sharp knife
  • Cookie cutters/biscuit tins

Ingredients

  • 1 camambert
  • 3 tbsp (forest fruit) jam
  • sprig of fresh thyme or rosemary
  • fresh blackberries
  • crackers or a baguette

Christy Camembert

    1. Cut the top of the camembert (about 1 cm thick).
    2. Press the chosen shape into the "lid" that has been created.
    3. Coat the cut camembert with the red fruits jam.
    4. Place the lid back on the camembert.
    5. Garnish with some blackberries and a sprig of thyme or rosemary!
