I think I've talked about this before, but thankfully I'm not a bread lover at heart. Sure, I would have liked a nice crusty baguette once in a while, but I don't pull my hair out at the thought of missing it every day. What I really miss is pizza. Just a nice, thin pizza with a crispy bottom.

Recipe

This pizza is rich in vegetables and low in fats. That makes it healthy, but still delicious!

Healthy gluten-free pizza

    1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees
    2. Mix all ingredients for the bottom and knead the dough well. Let this rest for 15 minutes on a stone surface with some baking flour against the stick.
    3. Knead again after 15 minutes and then let it rest again.
    4. Put all the ingredients for the pizza sauce in a food processor and let it mix for 1 minute.
    5. Then carefully roll out the pizza dough. It is very sticky, so with your hands or a rolling pin with baking flour works best. Brush with some olive oil and bake in the oven for about 8 minutes so that it becomes crispy.
    6. Remove the pizza from the oven and put the pizza sauce on top. Then cover with the toppings, the slices of mushrooms, olives and tuna. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
    7. Remove the pizza from the oven again and add some fresh arugula. Enjoy your meal!

Maybe you have seen the Paleo pizza with a bottom of chickpea flour before? This pizza was paleo and very tasty, but a bottom of chickpea flour is not crispy. I still missed the idea of a real pizza with a crispy, thin bottom. That's why I made a second attempt and tried again: making healthy gluten -free pizza myself. And what did I enjoy ... I know that slow food is better for digestion and so on, but I think this pizza has really shocked. Incredibly tasty. And healthy! So please and enjoy it just as much as me.

With this pizza I really had the feeling that I ate a pizza, because the bottom is so crispy. In contrast to frozen pizzas, this pizza contains little fat and therefore does not taste so fat. It is actually a very healthy and complete meal! So treat yourself to a gluten -free pizza. And even if you don't have to eat gluten -free, then it is just eating justice to eat;). Enjoy your meal!
