This variant of the Spanish brand Valira has a diameter of 22 centimetres and is made of aluminium. This makes it very light to use. The panhandle does not heat up during so that you can grab it without any worries. The frying pan is provided with a PFOA-free non-stick coating. The substance PFOA is very toxic and is released at high temperatures. You don't want this while baking!
A magnetic stainless steel disc is incorporated in the bottom of the frying pan so that it can be used on induction hobs. The frying pan is also suitable for use on gas, electric, ceramic and halogen hobs. It is also heat resistant up to 260°c. Pay attention! After use, the pan is unfortunately not suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher.
