The Le Creuset pan Les Forgées, actually renamed to 'TNS series', is now covered with a non-stick coating that is 4x stronger. This non-stick coating can handle all cooking methods, even without oil. The hardened coating prevents food from sticking to it, making the pan especially easy to clean. The non-stick coating is produced without the use of PFCs, PFOA, and PFOS and thus fully complies with safety standards. The collection consists of a wide range of different pans, all with this great new non-stick coating!
The Le Creuset TNS pan is made of forged aluminium. This ensures optimal heat distribution. The steel disc in the bottom makes the pan suitable for all different heat sources. The handles have a professional style and are attached with stainless steel rivets for a superior and secure fastening. Moreover, you don't have to worry about the handles getting hot: because the inside is hollow, the handles don't get hot as quickly.
Heat-resistant glass lids can be purchased separately. They preserve moisture and flavour and allow you to check the dish you are cooking without lifting the lid and disturbing the cooking process or temperature.
