Jasper Morrison
Jasper Morrison was born in London in 1959 and graduated from Kingston Polytechnic Design School in London, after which he continued his studies at the Royal College of Art. As if that wasn't enough, he also studied in Germany at the Berlins HdK.
In 1986, Jasper Morrison started his own design agency in London. Works from this period include the Documenta 8 exhibition in Kassel in 87. A year later, he received an invitation to participate in the Design Werkstadt as a part of the Berlin Cultural Capital of Europe. His work has been shown in many cities, including Tokyo, Paris, Berlin and Bordeaux.
In his career, Jasper has developed many different products for many different big names such as Alessi, Alias, Canon, Olivetti, Ideal Standaar, Muji, Samsung, Sony, Rowenta, Rosenthal and Magis.
