The Demeyere Alu Industry 3 Frying Pan is made of forged aluminum, making it thicker and therefore stronger. Good for years of loyal service on all types of stovetops, including induction. Thanks to the unique Radiant bottom, your pans remain extra stable and in optimal contact with the stovetop. The heat is evenly distributed.
