The induction plate adapter from the well-known Italian brand Bialetti is the solution for everyone who owns an induction cooktop. This way, you can still use your trusted devices such as your percolator. This induction plate is suitable for all 1, 3, and 6-cup percolators from Bialetti. The magnetic properties of the adapter make this possible. The high quality of the steel also ensures that the product lasts a long time and is dishwasher safe! The heat is evenly distributed by the adapter, ensuring that your food is evenly heated.
Please note! You can only use this product with devices that have a completely flat bottom and cover the entire plate in terms of surface area. This is a requirement for proper heat distribution.
In 1888, Alfonso Bialetti was born in the northern Italian town of Omegna. Since childhood, Bialetti had a passion for coffee and ironwork. He developed into a true expert in the French aluminium industry. In 1919, he opened a metal and machine workshop in Crusinallo, which formed the basis for the Bialetti company as we know it today.
The workshop transformed into a design studio in which Bialetti designed the aluminium Moka Expres Percolator in 1933. He was the first with such a design and changed the world of coffee. The Moka Percolator has now been exactly the same for almost 70 years since its introduction and it has become a true classic for any coffee lover.
For 90 years, Bialetti has been describing our history and traditions through scents, colours and flavours. The success story begins in 1919, when Alfonso Bialetti opened his office in the province of Verbania to produce semifinished aluminium products.
Alfonso Bialetti's first invention was the Moka Express model, a percolator. Thanks to the ambition of Alfonso's son Renota, he was able to establish himself immediately as one of the leading Italian manufacturers of coffee machines.
