This variant from the Spanish brand Valira has a diameter of 18 centimeters and is made of aluminum. This makes it very light to use. The handle of the pan does not get hot during baking, so you can hold it without worries. The frying pan is equipped with a PFOA-free non-stick coating. The substance PFOA is very toxic and is released at high temperatures. Of course, you don't want this while baking!
In the bottom of the frying pan, a magnetic, stainless steel disc is incorporated so that it can be used on induction cookers. The frying pan is also suitable for use on gas, electric, ceramic, and halogen cookers. It is also heat resistant up to 260 °C.
