In the Gourmet series of the Microplane brand, there are several graters and slicers, including the Microplane Large Slicer. The graters and slicers from Microplane are the only ones that are laser-cut. This distinguishes them from many other brands and has a positive effect on their lifespan. The blade is made of 18/10 stainless steel, with an ergonomic handle attached with a soft grip. This handle is made of plastic.
