The GreenPan Mayflower Saute Pan has a diameter of 24 centimeters and a capacity of 2.6 liters. The pan is made of aluminum and is suitable for all heat sources. Thanks to the thick bottom of forged aluminum and the Thermolon Infinity Pro ceramic non-stick coating, you can effortlessly create the most delicious dishes.
The pan is equipped with a glass lid, allowing you to monitor the cooking process. The wooden handle remains cool, and after use, the pan should be hand washed, while the glass lid is dishwasher safe.
GreenPan is a Belgian brand and was developed by two Flemish childhood friends. They went in search of a healthy alternative to the traditional non-stick pans that release toxic substances. They eventually arrived at Thermolon, a ceramic non-stick coating without PFAS and with a derivative of sand as the basic raw material. Thus, GreenPan was born!
The healthy ceramic non-stick coating is their flagship product, but their technologies are also worthy of mention. They are constantly innovating and proud of it.
