The Boska Cheese Slicer Oslo+ is indispensable for every cheese lover. This cheese slicer is made of flexible stainless steel, making slicing very easy. Thanks to a non-stick coating and the diamond pattern, no cheese will stick to it. Unfortunately, the wood cannot be put in the dishwasher. Therefore, please wash the slicer by hand after use. A mixture of warm water and dish soap is sufficient.
