Zwilling Sous Vide Lid Enfinigy ø 24 cm

The specially designed lid has an opening that fits the Zwilling sous-vide stick perfectly. Now you can also cook sous-vide with the lid closed. This reduces energy consumption by up to 50%, as less heat and water vapor escape.

This is not only good for your wallet and the environment, but also for the sous-vide stick itself, which is less stressed thanks to the lower number of heating cycles. Less water evaporates, which is especially important when cooking for several hours.

The Lid with satin finish is not only made of 18/10 stainless steel, but also dishwasher safe and therefore very easy to clean. The lid can be used on any cooking pot with a diameter of 24 cm.

Matteo Thun

Matteo Thun, architect and designer, was born in Bolzano in 1952. Antonio Rodriguez, born and raised in Spain, studied product design in Valencia and Milan. A meeting between the two led to the creation of Matteo Thun & Partners in 2001. From this creative company, projects in architecture, interior design and product design are developed. 

The men's creative approach to product design is characterised by simplified forms and the use of warm and natural materials. At the basis of each project is an in-depth study of materials, technologies, the market and the customer with a view to combining minimal appearance with functionality.
