This Sauté Pan from the Spanish brand Valira is ideal for preparing delicious meals. The Sauté Pan has a diameter of 28 centimetres and is made of aluminium, making it very light in weight. Very nice!
The bottom of the pan has a magnetic, stainless steel disc which makes it suitable for induction use. This Sauté Pan can also be used on gas, ceramic, electric and halogen hobs. It is also oven-resistant up to 260°c. The Sauté Pan has a non-stick coating that is 100% PFOA-free. Very nice! The substance PFOA is very toxic and is released at high temperatures. You don't want that while baking! The panhandle does not heat up, so you can grab it without any worries. Unfortunately, after use, it is not suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher.
