The Nordic Ware honeycomb pan gold is ovenproof up to 200 degrees.

Thanks to the high quality and the cast aluminum, you can enjoy the Nordic Ware baking molds for a lifetime. Provided you treat the mold well before, during and after baking, of course. All Nordic Ware baking molds contain a non-stick coating, however, you will still need to grease the mold for the best and tastiest result. There are two ways to do this properly:
Once the baking mold is properly greased, you can fill it with the batter, never fill the baking mold more than 2/3 full to prevent leakage. Then it is time to put your baking mold with batter in the oven. The temperature and baking time of the batter in the oven will of course depend on the recipe, so keep an eye on this.
To make sure your cake comes out of the oven properly, it is best to use a thermometer to check the core
