The Greenpan Wokpan Copenhagen has a diameter of 30 centimeters and a capacity of 4.8 liters. The wok has an extra large cooking surface and is extremely durable due to the use of hardened aluminum. The sleek design and matte stainless steel handles give the pan a minimalist look.
The pan is suitable for any heat source and can be used in the oven and dishwasher, although hand washing is recommended. These pans also have a ceramic non-stick coating that is reinforced with diamonds.
GreenPan is a Belgian brand and was developed by two Flemish childhood friends. They went in search of a healthy alternative to the traditional non-stick pans that release toxic substances. They eventually arrived at Thermolon, a ceramic non-stick coating without PFAS and with a derivative of sand as the basic raw material. Thus, GreenPan was born!
The healthy ceramic non-stick coating is their flagship product, but their technologies are also worthy of mention. They are constantly innovating and proud of it.
