The stylish kettle consists of refined combinations of polished and brushed stainless steel and has all the features you need to make the perfect cup of tea. In a whisper. A signal when it has completed its task, and the ability to keep the tea at the exact same temperature for 20 minutes make this kettle the smart one that helps you make perfect tea!
The sterilization function is innovative. It heats the water to boiling point (100 °C) and continues boiling for 5 minutes. This perfects the water quality. The 40 °C function is ideal for preparing baby food and porridge. The 'keep warm' function keeps the water at the set temperature for 20 minutes if desired. Convenient for a second or third cup of tea.
The taste of tea comes out best at the right temperature, which varies per type. Green tea, for example, is best with water at 80°C, white tea with water at 85°C, Oolong tea with water at 90°C, and black tea with water at 100°C. If the temperature is too high, the tea burns, which negatively affects the taste and makes it bitter. Water at too low a temperature does not extract enough flavor.
