With the Blackwell Pasta Machine, you can quickly and easily make pasta. Knead dough from eggs and flour and make your own spaghetti or tagliatelle. The pasta machine has a mounting clamp, so you can hold it securely in place while turning. Use the side knob to adjust the desired thickness of the dough.
The head of the machine is interchangeable for other attachments, so you can expand it if desired. With this, you can also make delicious ravioli or reginette. Want to impress your guests? Add some beet juice, spinach juice, or squid ink to the dough for pink, green, or black pasta. Then cook the pasta and serve your authentic Italian meal.
