With the [product name], cooking under vacuum has never been easier. Sous vide cooking is a culinary technique where food, meat, fish, vegetables or fruit is placed in vacuum-sealed bags and cooked in warm water at a low temperature.
The optimal cooking temperature for the food in question is maintained throughout the entire cooking process, resulting in particularly tender and evenly cooked food. With the compact and convenient sous-vide stick, you can not only control the water temperature and cooking time, but it is also easy to use.
The desired temperature and cooking time can be easily set on the LED touchscreen in increments of 0.5 °C over a range of 0 to 90 °C, with an accuracy of +/- 0.1 °C - 0.2 °C between 40 and 70 °C.
With the timer function, you can keep track of the cooking time, allowing you to focus on other tasks in the kitchen. When the time is up, the immersion circulator will beep and automatically shut off.
Matteo Thun, architect and designer, was born in Bolzano in 1952. Antonio Rodriguez, born and raised in Spain, studied product design in Valencia and Milan. A meeting between the two led to the creation of Matteo Thun & Partners in 2001. From this creative company, projects in architecture, interior design and product design are developed.
The men's creative approach to product design is characterised by simplified forms and the use of warm and natural materials. At the basis of each project is an in-depth study of materials, technologies, the market and the customer with a view to combining minimal appearance with functionality.
