It is made of aluminum, making it very lightweight.
The non-stick coating ensures that the pancakes are easy to flip. Additionally, this coating is 100% PFOA-free. Nice and safe! The handle of the pancake pan does not get hot during baking, so you can safely hold it. This pan is suitable for use on gas, electric, halogen, induction, and ceramic cooktops. Unfortunately, it cannot be cleaned in the dishwasher after use.
