The Vacu Vin Active Cool Plate is easy to use to keep food cool. The cool plate contains a cooling element, so you don't need electricity to use it. The cool plate is basically a portable or stationary refrigerator. It is suitable for meat, fish, cheese, snacks, and cake.
The cooling element needs to be kept in the freezer for at least 6 hours or longer to stay cold.
