How does it work? Insert the thermometer into the cake and wait 5 seconds. Does the thermometer turn blue? Then the cake is not done yet. Does the thermometer turn red? Then the cake is done and ready to be taken out of the oven!
The thermometer is not dishwasher safe. You can clean the thermometer with warm water and some dish soap. Avoid contact with open fire.
