Once the mold is properly greased, you can fill it with the batter, never fill the mold more than 2/3 full to prevent leaks. Then it's time to put your batter-filled mold in the oven. The temperature and baking time of the oven will depend on the recipe, so keep an eye on it.
To ensure that your cake comes out of the oven perfectly, it is best to use a thermometer to check the core temperature. Is your cake ready? Let it cool in the mold for 10 minutes
