The Microplane Black Sheep fine Grater is ideal for all citrus fruits and also perfect for grating aromatics and herbs - shallots, onions, garlic, and ginger - into a fine paste for gourmet cooking results. The grater also turns Parmesan cheese and other hard cheeses into a light cloud for garnishing pasta and other savory dishes.
The blade surface is 13.6 cm x 5.7 cm and is coated with a PVD coating for extra scratch resistance. The anti-slip rubber handle provides more safety and stability while grating.
