The Microplane Black Sheep extra coarse Grater is a champion in making beautiful coleslaw and grating root vegetables such as potatoes, onions, and carrots for stir-fries, fritters, gratins, and fresh salads. The Black Sheep Extra Coarse Grater is also the perfect tool for grating cold butter for pastries or fresh coconut for garnishing cupcakes and desserts.
The blade surface is 13.6 cm x 5.7 cm and is equipped with a PVD coating for extra scratch resistance. The anti-slip rubber handle provides more safety and stability during grating.
Microplane is a global brand for exceptionally sharp culinary utensils. Perhaps best known for their graters, the brand has revolutionised the way chefs and home cooks grate a wide range of ingredients for tasty, gourmet-style cooking and baking.
In addition to graters, they offer a variety of kitchen gadgets, including tools for garlic, apples, ginger, herbs, spices, avocados, slicers and more. Microplane uses a chemical process called photo-etching. The result is much sharper teeth and durable, ultra-sharp stainless steel blades.
