The GreenPan Cambridge Steel Pan has a diameter of 16 centimeters and a capacity of 1.6 liters. The steel pan is made of aluminum. The thick bottom made of forged aluminum heats up evenly and ensures perfect results without much effort. This pan also has a ceramic non-stick coating reinforced with diamonds. The pan is suitable for any heat source and can be used in the oven and dishwasher, although hand washing is recommended.
GreenPan is a Belgian brand and was developed by two Flemish childhood friends. They went in search of a healthy alternative to the traditional non-stick pans that release toxic substances. They eventually arrived at Thermolon, a ceramic non-stick coating without PFAS and with a derivative of sand as the basic raw material. Thus, GreenPan was born!
The healthy ceramic non-stick coating is their flagship product, but their technologies are also worthy of mention. They are constantly innovating and proud of it.
