The Espressions Food Dehydrator Smart comes with 8 spacious stainless steel drying racks. It has a power of 700 watts and quickly reaches the right temperature. You can set the device between 35° and 85° Celsius in 5-degree increments. The timer can be set per 30 minutes with a duration of 30 minutes to 24 hours.
For making delicious fruit rolls or drying juicier types of fruit, silicone drying mats are available. 1 fruit roll mat is included as standard. Ideas for drying food are abundantly included!
