With induction, you can even save up to 30% energy thanks to the exclusive TriplInduc® technology. This technology ensures that you need a minimum amount of energy to generate heat and gives you optimal control over the temperature. Once your soup is boiling, you can switch your induction stove to the lowest setting, and your soup will stay at the desired temperature and continue to cook slowly.
The special InductoBase bottom spreads the heat evenly, even on a low flame. This also saves energy. Steam, moisture, flavor, and vitamins cannot escape. The perfectly fitting lid ensures this. Moreover, you can use the same lid on any Demeyere pan with the same diameter. Thanks to the special pouring rim, you can easily pour the soup into a serving bowl, for example, without spilling. The sturdy, welded stainless steel handles of this Soup Pot are comfortable to hold and stay cool for a long time. The stainless steel with Silvinox® does not discolor and is easy to clean.
