Do you often use the barbecue and do you love a delicious smoky flavor? With a grill plank, you can take your BBQ skills to the next level. The Camerons grill planks can be used on many BBQs, allowing you to create your own smokehouse. This way, you can enjoy an extra touch to your favorite barbecue dishes. These Camerons Alder grill planks are delivered in a set of two pieces.
Before use, soak the planks in water for at least one hour. For extra flavor, you can add beer, lemon juice, or salt. After soaking, rub the plank with some oil. Sprinkle the grill plank with coarse salt to make it easier for your meat or fish to come off after cooking. Then, place the whole thing on your barbecue and let your dish cook.
After use, rinse the planks with warm water and let them dry. Depending on the cooking time and cooking temperatures, you can use the plank multiple times.
